We accept three online payment options which are Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Orders can only be placed online using these types of credit cards and all you need to do is follow the simple steps of our product ordering process in the specified screens for the different product categories. All of the Malibu Shirts, Inc. product line is not available on the website. We will normally ship your order within two business days. We only ship Monday through Friday before 4pm Pacific Time (not including holidays). We subject all orders to credit verification prior to shipment. We screen orders for potential fraudulent activity. As soon as we ship your package, we will email you the tracking number. We use USPS priority mail,USPS Parcel Select (standard), and UPS SurePost for our shipments.
We strictly base our sales tax charges on the state tax laws of the state where your order is shipped. If you have any questions about your sales tax, please email us at email@example.com. We will only charge applicable state and local sales taxes for website customers from Hawaii and California based on the internet tax laws. All other website customers which reside in the other 48 states are not charged a sales tax.
In-Stores & Online Returns & Exchanges
Our customers can return product which they are not satisfied with up to 30 days from the shipment date or the date of in-store purchase.
As for product which was purchased in one of our stores, you must return the product back to our corporate office for your refund or exchange. You must present the item and your receipt. We cannot process a refund without a receipt. In terms of online purchases, you can return product to the corporate office. Malibushirts.com also does not refund shipping fees. Please give us a call at (818) 865-8945 if you have questions about returning an item. We will though refund all shipping expenses if Malibu Shirts shipped the incorrect items or for product which was damaged in transit to the destination. We do require you to provide the documentation of your packing slip as your receipt for the website purchase. Your refund or credit will take approximately 14 business days and please refer to your credit card statement to ensure proper credit was given to your account.

Canceling an Online Order
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number within 24 hours of placing your order. Our customer service team will then cancel your order and you will be given a full refund. An email will be sent confirming the cancelation and the refund.
