  • ENJOY FREE RETURN SHIPPING ON ALL US ORDERS.

  • Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of shipment date.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached to be accepted.
  • Allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.  
  • Original shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
  • Items included in a sale or promotion cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of any issues with the items you received.

*Any return or exchange should include THE RETURNS & EXCHANGES FORM in the return package.

If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we may cancel or refuse future orders and cancellation requests. Please review our terms of use.

International Returns:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, fill out the Returns & Exchanges from and ship the product(s) back for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with their tags attached.

*Note: All International shipping charges associated with returns or exchanges are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping label costs are not reimbursable.

ROUTE SHIPPING PROTECTION

We have partnered with Route Shipping Protection, to provide our customers peace of mind, knowing their order is protected should it become lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

WHAT DOES ROUTE SHIPPING PROTECTION PROVIDE

Route shipping protection, when purchased at checkout will provide reimbursement of the full amount paid for the affected order including shipping for a covered loss, when a valid claim is filed.

HOW DO I FILE A CLAIM FOR MY PROTECTED ORDER

If you purchased Route Shipping Protection with your order, and you experience an issue with delivery of your order, please file your claim HERE.

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ISSUE IS COVERED

Orders that experience one of the following losses are covered by Route Shipping Protection: Stolen, Lost, or Damaged.

Delivered, missing (stolen) items:

  • 5 - 30 calendar days from the day it’s marked as delivered

Domestic stuck-in-transit (lost) items:

  • 7 - 30 calendar days from the last tracking update
  • Estimated Delivery Date: 2 calendar days after the estimated delivery date has passed when no package has been delivered, and/or no estimated delivery date has been updated

International stuck-in-transit (lost) items:

  •  20 - 30 calendar days from the last tracking update

Damaged items: 

  • 0 - 30 calendar days from the day it’s marked as delivered

TRACKING

  • When you order ships you will receive notice via email with shipment information
  • If you have not received an email with a tracking number than you order is still processing and has not been shipped out yet.

U.S. SHIPPING POLICY

It can take up to 5 business days for your order to be processed. The processing time is separate from the shipping time.

Standard shipments ship via USPS, DHL, UPS, or equivalent service.

Orders with shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FO, & US territoriess will ship via USPS or equivilent service.

Your will receive a shipment notification via email with tracking when your order ships.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

Experiencing a non delivery or your tracking infromatio nstates tha tyour package has beeen devleired by the carrier?

Contact the carrier who delviered your pacakge within 7 days to file a claim.

If you purchased Route Package insurance you can file a claim HERE.

  • Malibu Shirts is not responsible for packages reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
  •  We will work with the carrier on the claim but the claim must be initially filed by the receiver.

* Note - Claims can take up to 30 days to complete depending on the shipping carriers policies. The sooner a claim is filed the sooner Malibu Shirts may work with the carrier.

Malibu Shirts is not responsible for carrier delays and will not refund shipping cost due to delays.

HAWAII, ALASKA, PO BOXES, APO/FPO & U.S TERRITORIES

We accept orders shipped to Po boxes and APO/FPO or US territories. Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS or equivalent services.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

Allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and shipped. International order are shipped via USPS, DHL, or equivalent services. Packages are typically delivered within 7-14 business days from shipping date, depending on destination country and carrier service selected at checkout.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the respinsability of the customer. Malibu Shirts ships packages DDU (Duties and taxes unpaid) we do not collect the VAT, Duties/Taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.

If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid collect on delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Malibu Shirts.

Custom Authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on the package.

Customs agents have the right to deny or hold release of your package which may delay delivery.

IN STORE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

All purchases in store are final sale.

Purchases may be exchanged with tags attached, unwashed, and unworn within 3 days of purchase at the store where purchased. No refunds or store credit will be issued.

We accept exchanges for damaged product outside the US within 10 days of purchase. Please contact the store where the item(s) where purchased or email CUSTOMERSERVICE@MALIBUSHIRTS.COM with a photo of the prodcut and receipt. Instructions to arrive via email in 2 business days. Customer pays all shipping charges associated.

Discounted sales are final.

Exchanges are not offered on discounted items.

 

CANCELING AN ONLINE ORDER

Email CUSTOMERSERVICE@MALIBUSHIRTS.COM with your order number within 24 hours of placing your order. Our team will confirm cancellation via email and issue a full refund.
