Address updates can be requested by calling or emailing.

You have until your order ships to change the address entered at checkout.

Please review shipping information before you checkout.

Call or send us an email containing your order number and your requested modification to the order. If able to make the requested change we certainly will.

The sooner we know about any changes, the easier it will be for us to adjust your order and make it work for you!

An order is confirmed once you receive a shipping confirmation via email.

It's possible it may end up in your spam or another folder. If this is the case ensure customerservice@malibushirts.com is an approved contact to receive all order updates.

Every order is subject to review once placed and is confirmed once tracking has been assigned.


Orders process Monday - Friday | Shipping within 5 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive an order confirmation email containing carrier tracking information.


U.S. Orders

Allow 24 business hours once order confirmation is received for domestic carriers to update with an estimated delivery date.

- USA Expedited Air | Offered for the contiguous US states; Service utilizes UPS 2nd Day Air. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.

- USA Ground | Offered for all US states & territories; Utilizes UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, or equivalent service.

Once a tracking number is assigned shipping fees are non-refundable.


International Orders

DHL is the most expedited service offered for international shipping, being picked up next business day once processed.

Depending on carrier service selected at checkout you will receive an estimated delivery date 72 business hours once shipped. International delivery service options at checkout included different levels of tracking, select the level of tracking you wish to have.

International customers are recommended to include Package Protection with their purchase to ensure delivery of an order should it encounter delivery issues with international or last mile carries.

Non-DHL services are processed through our carrier partner before export via USPS and delivered by last mile national carriers, these services may receive estimated delivery dates up to 96 hours after Malibu Shirts processes them through our facility. All shipping updates will arrive via email or your selected tracking service app.

Shipping rates at checkout are calculated based on your order and address. These rates are final and can not be adjusted by Malibu Shirts. Once an order ships shipping fees are non-refundable.

*Malibu Shirts receives the same tracking information provided by the carrier.

Didn't purchase shipping insurance? If the carrier marks your order as delivered you must file a claim with them. Malibu Shirts may work with a carrier once the claim has been opened by you, the customer.

Shipping Policy

Initiate a return or exchange by emailing customerservice@malibushirts.com

- Help our team by messaging us from the email used to place the order or include your Order Number and Full Name on the order in your initial message.

- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

- We are only able to process exchanges or returns with History Tags attached.

We monitor returns and orders to identify any patterns of unusual activity.

If we identify an unusual pattern, the customer’s profile may be flagged for suspicious activity. Malibu Shirts reserves the right to take the following actions:

  • Refuse service or future orders.
  • Deny the ability to return or exchange future purchases.
  • Require the customer to cover return/exchange shipping costs.

Malibu Shirts and its carrier partners actively monitor global shipping routes. Below, if any, will be current updates that may impact parcels.

Domestic - U.S.

Winter Storms

Heavy snow, freezing rain, icy conditions, and severe weather events in the Northeast U.S. (Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine) may impact the processing, transportation, and delivery of mail and packages.

Please allow additional time for final delivery of your item.

CANADA

Jan 3 | The U.S. Postal Service will resume acceptance of mail and packages to Canada starting Monday, Jan. 6, 2025.

Canada Post has made significant progress in clearing delayed volumes caused by their employee strike, and now commercial and retail customers, as well as those using online systems, will be able to send mail and packages to Canada once again.

All regular-priced purchases made between November 15 and December 31 are eligible for a 45-day return period from the date of purchase. However, items purchased during a sale or promotion are not eligible for returns, as per our policy.
