An order is confirmed once you receive a shipping confirmation via email.
Check your spam inbox. Every order is subject to review once placed and is not confirmed until shipping and tracking has been assigned.
Orders process Mon – Fri and ship within 5 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
U.S. Orders
Allow 24 business hours once shipping confirmation is received for domestic carriers to update with an estimated delivery date.
International orders
Depending on carrier service selected at checkout you will receive an estimated delivery date 72 business hours once shipped. International delivery service options at checkout included different levels of tracking, select the level of tracking you wish to have.
International customers are recommended to include Package Protection with their purchase to ensure delivery of an order should it encounter delivery issues with international or last mile carries.
