IN-STORE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
All purchases are final sale.
Purchases may be exchanged only with tags attached, unwashed and unworn within 3 days of purchase. No refunds or store credit will be issued.
We only accept exchanges for damaged products outside the US within 10 days of purchase. Please contact the store where the item(s) were purchased or email customerservice@malibushirts.com with a photo of the product and receipt. Notifications will arrive via email within 3 business days for instructions. Customer pays all shipping related fees charges.
Discounted sales are final.
Exchanges cannot be made on discounted purchases.
MalibuShirts.com Returns & Exchanges:
Free exchange and return shipping on applicable US orders.
- Returns and Exchanges accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, with history tags attached to be accepted.
- Allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
- Original shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable once order ships.
- Items included in a sale or promotion cannot be returned.
- Must notify us within 7 days of any issues with the items you receive.

Malibu Shirts will issue a return label if requested. Customers may choose to ship their return shipment how they would like. Malibu Shirts will not refund any funds for the label purchased by the customer, a label issued by Malibu Shirts is the only way to receive free returns or exchange shipping for US orders.
*A restocking fee of 6% will apply to returned orders at the discretion of Malibu Shirts learn more in our Terms of Service. This may apply, but is not limited too, if a shirt is returned worn, washed or with history tags not attached.
CANCELING AN ONLINE ORDER
Email customerservice@malibushirts.com with the order number within 24 hours of placing your order. Our team will then cancel your order and you will be given a full refund. An email will be sent confirming the cancellation and the refund.
International Orders:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please fill out the Return Form and ship the product(s) back for a refund or exchange.
