ONLINE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Returns and Exchanges are accepeted within 30 days of purchase. Receipt must be present at time of return. 

For returns, please contact our customer service team at help@malibushirts.com to let us know the reason for return. Returns must be sent to our corporate office. Once we receive the return, we will issue a credit for the amount of merchandise. Please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. Original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable. For exchanges, please contact our customer service team at help@malibushirts.com so they can assist you with your exchange.

IN STORE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Items purchased in any of of our stores can be returned or exchanged at any location within 30 days of purchase and with valid receipt. If you cannot make it to our store for your return, please contact our customer service team at help@malibushirts.com for instructions on how to process your return or exchange. 

 

CANCELING AN ONLINE ORDER

Please email help@malibushirts.com with the order number within 24 hours of placing your order. Our customer service team will then cancel your order and you will be given a full refund. An email will be sent confirming the cancelation and the refund.
