Order Status Tracking

USA Ground Standard orders processing time is typically 2-3 business days for US shipping but during busier periods may take up to 5 business days.

USA Expedited Air orders are given priority processing, typically leaving our facility within 1-2 business days.

International order processing depends on the service selected.

DHL Express Worldwide is our priority international service offering, departing our facility after processing for aprox 3 business days.

USPS International services (only) leave our facility every Friday, arriving to the port of Los Angeles to be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Upon arriving to customers country, a local carrier will deliver the package last mile to your address.

*Important note for international customers: Orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) meaning the customer is responsible for all import costs, including duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Shipping time begins after your order has an assigned tracking number.

Standard shipments are sent via USPS, UPS, DHL, or a similar service.

Allow 24 business hours once tracking is assigned for domestic carriers to update with an estimated delivery date.

- USA Expedited Air | Offered for the contiguous US states; Service utilizes UPS 2nd Day Air. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.

- USA Ground | Offered for all US states & territories; Utilizes UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, or equivalent service.

Once a tracking number is assigned shipping fees are non-refundable.

These orders often utilize USPS but may use another equivalent service.

- Help us by messaging from the email used to place the order or include your Order Number and Full Name.

- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

- We are only able to process exchanges or returns with History Tags attached.

We monitor returns and orders to identify any patterns of unusual activity.

If we identify an unusual pattern, the customer’s profile may be flagged for suspicious activity. Malibu Shirts reserves the right to take the following actions:

  • Refuse service or future orders.
  • Deny the ability to return or exchange future purchases.
  • Require the customer to cover return/exchange shipping costs.

Didn't purchase shipping insurance? If the carrier marks your order as delivered you must file a claim with them. Malibu Shirts may work with a carrier once the claim has been opened by you, the customer.
