WEBCO is known as The First Name In Motocross. Beginning as a motorcycle parts company in the United States, WEBCO then used that technology to build their racing bikes, popular in both America and Europe. Each bike was engineered to hit record speeds while maintaining a durable, long-lasting frame. With a sterling reputation, the bike company flourished in the United States then crossed the Atlantic to become a guaranteed hit in Europe. Introduced in 1995, WEBCO’s Frame & Fork set offered an innovative design with cantilever brake mounts, novel drop-out design and a newly shaped seat. These bikes were designed by winners for winners. Known as “The Fastest Bike in Europe” WEBCO’s BMX racing team became home to many European Masters Champions, including the revered Jamie Staff. WEBCO dominated the bike racing world with teams all over Europe, including Sweden, Germany, and Norway. WEBCO bicycles began hosting the world championships in the United States and fans flocked to Michigan in 1994 to catch a glimpse of the adrenaline-pumping event. Although companies tried to replicate WEBCO’s BMX frame and durable wheels, no one came close. WEBCO dominated the global bicycle market and left a lasting mark on the sport of BMX racing.
