Garment Care
Washing
Always refer to care instructions included on the garment as different fabrics require different washing methods.
- Separate laundry by color to prevent color bleeding.
- Turn garments inside out before washing in order to protect the design.
- Wash on a gentle cycle using cold water for delicate fabrics.
- Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents that can damage the fabric.
Drying
Avoid using a dryer whenever possible as it may cause shrinkage and damage to certain fabrics.
- Hang your garments on a clothesline or drying rack to air dry.
- If using a dryer, use a low heat setting and remove the garments while still slightly damp.
- For delicate fabrics, lay them flat on a clean towel to dry.
Ironing
Ironing can help remove wrinkles and give your garments a polished look.
- Use a pressing cloth or ironing cloth to protect from direct heat.
- Iron in a back-and-forth motion, following the natural grain of the fabric.
- Avoid ironing over embellishments or prints to prevent damage.
Storage
- Clean garments before storing to remove any stains or odors.
- Fold garments neatly and store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Avoid hanging heavy garments, as they can stretch and lose their shape.
- Use padded hangers or garment bags to protect delicate fabrics.
