- ORIGINAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE.

ROUTE SHIPPING PROTECTION
We have partnered with Route Shipping Protection, to provide our customers peace of mind, knowing their order is protected should it become lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
WHAT DOES ROUTE SHIPPING PROTECTION PROVIDE
Route shipping protection, when purchased at checkout will provide reimbursement of the full amount paid for the affected order including shipping for a covered loss, when a valid claim is filed.
HOW DO I FILE A CLAIM FOR MY PROTECTED ORDER
If you purchased Route Shipping Protection with your order, and you experience an issue with delivery of your order, please file your claim HERE.
HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ISSUE IS COVERED
Orders that experience one of the following losses are covered by Route Shipping Protection: Stolen, Lost, or Damaged.
Delivered, missing (stolen) items:
- 5 - 30 calendar days from the day it’s marked as delivered
Domestic stuck-in-transit (lost) items:
- 7 - 30 calendar days from the last tracking update
- Estimated Delivery Date: 2 calendar days after the estimated delivery date has passed when no package has been delivered, and/or no estimated delivery date has been updated
International stuck-in-transit (lost) items:
- 20 - 30 calendar days from the last tracking update
Damaged items:
- 0 - 30 calendar days from the day it’s marked as delivered

- YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WHEN YOUR ORDER SHIPS WITH A TRACKING NUMBER.
- IF YOU HAVE NOT RECIEVED A EMAIL WITH A TRACKING NUMBER THAN YOUR ORDER IS STILL PROCESSING AND HAS N0T SHIPPED OUT YET.
U.S. SHIPPING POLICY
IT CAN TAKE UP TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PROCESSED, PACKED, AND SHIPPED. THE PROCESSING AND PACKING TIME IS SEPARATE FROM THE SHIPPING TIME. THE SHIPPING ESTIMATED TIME IS ADDED ON TOP OF THE PROCESSING TIME.
STANDARD SHIPMENTS WILL SHIP VIA USPS, UPS, DHL OR SIMILAR SERVICE. ORDERS WITH SHIPPING ADDRESSES IN HAWAII, ALASKA, PO BOXES, APO/FO & U.S. TERRITORIES WILL SHIP VIA USPS OR EQUIVALENT SERVICE. YOU WILL RECEIVE A SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION EMAIL WITH TRACKING ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED.
DELIVERY CLAIMS
IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A NON-DELIVERY OR YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION STATES THAT YOUR PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BY THE CARRIER BUT YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT; YOU MUST CONTACT THE CARRIER WHO DELIVERED YOUR PACKAGE WITHIN 7 DAYS TO FILE A CLAIM.
- MALIBU SHIRTS DOES NOT HOLD RESPONSIBILITY FOR PACKAGES THAT HAVE BEEN REPORTED AS DELIVERED BY THE CARRIER. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PACKAGES THAT THE CARRIER CONFIRMS AS BEING DELIVERED.
- WE WILL WORK WITH THE CARRIER ON THE CLAIM BUT YOU MUST FIRST MAKE THE CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER. PLEASE NOTE: CLAIMS CAN TAKE UP TO 30 DAYS TO COMPLETE (DEPENDING ON THE SHIPPING CARRIER USED),
MALIBU SHIRTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR POSTAL SERVICE DELAYS AND WILL NOT REFUND SHIPPING COST DUE TO DELAYS.
HAWAII, ALASKA, PO BOXES, APO/FPO & U.S TERRITORIES
WE ACCEPT ORDERS SHIPPED TO PO BOXES AND APO/FPO OR US TERRITORIES. ORDERS SHIPPED TO THESE ADDRESSES MUST BE SENT VIA USPS OR EQUIVALENT SERVICES.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES REQUIRE THAT WE STATE THE VALUE OF YOUR ORDER DIRECTLY ON YOUR PACKAGE. CUSTOMS AGENTS HAVE THE RIGHT TO RELEASE OR TO DENY RELEASE OF YOUR PACKAGE, AND IN RARE CASES, THEY MAY DELAY DELIVERY.
IN STORE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE.
PURCHASES MANY ONLY BE EXCHANGED WITH TAGS ATTACHED, UNWASHED AND UNWORN WITHIN 3 DAYS OF PURCHASES. NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED.
WE ONLY ACCEPT EXCHANGES FOR DAMAGED PRODUCT OUTSIDE THE US WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE. CANCELING AN ONLINE ORDER
PLEASE EMAIL CUSTOMERSERVICE@MALIBUSHIRTS.COM WITH THE ORDER NUMBER WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PLACING YOUR ORDER. OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WILL THEN CANCEL YOUR ORDER AND YOU WILL BE GIVEN A FULL REFUND. AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT CONFIRMING THE CANCELLATION AND THE REFUND.
